About DNS Care Givers
Providing Monthly Quality Care for Your Loved Ones

Our Philosophy
At DNS Caregiving Services, our philosophy is rooted in child-centered, relationship-based care. We believe children grow best when the adults in their lives—caregivers and parents alike—are connected, consistent, and working in alignment.
We recognize that caregiving is not just about the child, but about the relationships surrounding the child. That’s why our approach emphasizes consistency in care, communication, and expectations. When children experience steady, predictable care across environments and caregivers, they feel safer, more regulated, and more open to learning and connection.
Our work with children is playful yet structured—balancing warmth, curiosity, and joy with gentle routines and clear boundaries. We bring this same energy to our work with parents, encouraging playfulness, attunement, and confidence so care remains consistent even after our shift ends.
By supporting both children and parents, we help families build rhythms that feel natural, sustainable, and nurturing—creating calmer homes, stronger relationships, and a shared sense of trust and understanding.
ABA Informed Care
At DNS, being ABA-informed means we use the science of behavior to guide how we support children and families—without taking away the heart and individuality of care. We understand that behavior is communication, and by looking at what motivates a child, we can help them learn new skills in positive, natural ways. Our approach is rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), but adapted to feel collaborative, flexible, and family-centered rather than clinical. While we do not provide ABA therapy or any clinical services offered by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), our team applies ABA-informed strategies to help make everyday life smoother and more connected. If a family is seeking formal ABA therapy, we’re happy to connect them with trusted BCBAs and agencies we know. At DNS, our focus is on connection first—building trust and understanding before introducing strategies that support growth. Every child is unique, so we meet them where they are, using reinforcement, structure, and play to make learning meaningful. “ABA-informed” for us means blending evidence-based tools with empathy, creativity, and respect for each child’s pace and personality.

How We Started!
DNS started with two people who care deeply about kids, families, and the little moments that shape everyday life. We saw how many parents were balancing so much — wanting to give their children love, structure, and support, but not always having the time or help to make it happen. We built DNS to be that extra layer of care families can count on. Our small but passionate team blends our strengths — from nurturing childcare and gentle behavioral support that connect families with real resources and guidance. At the heart of it all, we just want families to feel seen, supported, and never alone in raising their children. We may be a small team, but we put our whole hearts into what we do.
